Photo previews before launch

Choosing a photo in the creator currently validates and previews it in your browser. The selected photo is not uploaded while generation is unavailable. Refreshing or leaving the page clears that local selection. The site still receives ordinary page and availability requests.

When generation opens

Submitting a generation will upload your photo to private Cloudflare R2 storage. APIMart will receive temporary access to review the photo through its Private Avatar workflow and process the video with Seedance 2.5 (API model identifier seedance-2.5). Private Avatar is the asset-review workflow, not another video model. The service will combine the generated video with the template soundtrack and store the result for access through your account. This is the configured integration; generation is currently unavailable.

Only submit your own material or photos for which you have explicit permission from the people shown and the necessary image rights. APIMart processes submitted photos, assets, task information, and videos under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not promise provider-side deletion or training exclusions beyond the provider's applicable terms.

Account and service data

Depending on the features you use, we process your name, email, authentication records, credit balance and transactions, generation status, uploaded media, generated files, support messages, and technical request logs. Payment providers handle payment details when purchases are enabled; we retain order identifiers and payment status, not full payment-card details.

We use this information to operate accounts, generate and deliver videos, account for credits, handle support, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

Providers

The application uses Cloudflare for hosting, database, private object storage, and cache. The configured video integration uses APIMart and the Seedance 2.5 model, as described above. Google sign-in, Resend email, and the configured payment provider are used only when the operator enables those services. Customer chat is not configured in this preview.

Website analytics

The production website uses Plausible Analytics, served from plausible.pageviews.top, for aggregate traffic statistics; Google Analytics 4 for page views and usage measurement; and Microsoft Clarity for interaction analysis, heatmaps and session replays. These services may receive page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, and interaction data such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity can record the page as it is displayed during a visit.

Google Analytics and Clarity may use cookies or similar browser storage. Plausible's standard pageview tracking does not use analytics cookies. We do not configure advertising features or send account details, passwords, photo files or payment information as custom analytics events. Analytics observes website use separately from submitting a photo for video generation. See our Cookie Policy, Google's privacy information, and Microsoft's privacy statement for more information. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may limit this tracking.

Content moderation

When generation becomes available, the configured pipeline uses APIMart's Private Avatar asset review and requests its NSFW check on video generation. The Acceptable Use Policy explains the scope of these checks and the additional moderation work required before public generation opens.

Retention and access

Uploaded photos and generated videos are not automatically deleted when a job finishes or fails. Signed photo URLs expire after 24 hours, but URL expiry does not delete the stored object. Account, generation, and financial records are retained for service operation and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Provider-side retention is governed by each provider.

Account deletion removes account access and related account database records; it does not itself guarantee deletion of all stored media or third-party copies. Contact the operator to request media deletion. Before accepting public uploads, the operator must make a working privacy contact available.

Your choices

You can use the local photo preview without registering. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact page when support is available. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Keep your account credentials secure.

The service is not intended for children. Do not submit exploitative, sexualized, or otherwise unlawful content.

Changes

This policy will be updated as the service is enabled or its providers change. The date above identifies the latest version.
