The service

Tesla Roadster AI is an independent, fan-made tool for creating AI meme videos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and Roadster names identify the subject of the creative tool; their owners retain their rights.

The service is currently in preview. You can preview a photo locally and view reference clips. Video generation and credit purchases remain unavailable until the templates, safety checks and service are ready. Reference clips and promotional car photographs are not generated output examples.

AI model and processing provider

The configured video model is Seedance 2.5, accessed through APIMart, using the API model identifier seedance-2.5. The creator displays this model name. There is currently no model switcher or alternative video model.

When generation is enabled, a submitted portrait first goes through APIMart's Private Avatar asset-review workflow before it can be used by the video model. Private Avatar is an asset-processing workflow, not a separate video-generation model. Video requests enable APIMart's NSFW check. These disclosures describe the configured integration; they do not mean that the reference clips were generated by this model or that generation is currently available.

Your photos and permissions

Use only photos you own or have permission to use. For any identifiable person, the material must depict you or you must have that person's explicit permission for the proposed AI processing and use. Uploading another person's photograph or voice without their consent is prohibited, even if the material is publicly accessible. The current creator accepts images, not voice uploads, and requires an active permission confirmation before a generation submission.

You must also have the necessary copyright and other rights. Permission to use a likeness does not authorize sexual exploitation, harassment, deception or another prohibited use. You are responsible for your uploads and how you share the results. Do not upload photos of minors to this service.

You retain your rights in your uploads. When generation becomes available and you submit a job, you permit us and our processing providers to use the photo to review and produce your requested video. AI output can contain errors or differ from expectations. Review it before sharing and clearly identify it as AI-generated. Do not present it as authentic footage or evidence of a real event.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to uploaded photos, any submitted instructions, generated or edited videos, account activity and sharing through the service. It also applies to attempts to bypass safety controls. The following six categories are prohibited:

1. Pornography / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation and tools or requests to undress a person. Consent does not make sexual content acceptable on this service.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, realistic gore, glorification of severe violence, credible threats, or content encouraging or facilitating terrorism, violent extremism or harm to people or animals. Instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
3. Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing or encouraging discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or another protected characteristic, including incitement to genocide.
4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual depiction or sexualization of a minor or a person presented as a minor, whether real, fictional or AI-generated; child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation or content facilitating abuse. No consent, artistic-purpose or fictional-content exception applies.
5. Abusive deepfakes / impersonation: using someone's likeness without explicit permission; fabricated statements or actions presented as genuine; deceptive impersonation of a real person, celebrity, business or public official; false endorsements, fraud, fabricated evidence, harassment, or intimate-scene compositing. Permission does not excuse a prohibited use. Any future authorized, non-deceptive meme editing must remain clearly disclosed as AI-generated and satisfy the other rules in this policy.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: copying or adapting protected photos, videos, music, characters, logos or other material without permission or a valid legal basis; using trademarks to mislead people about affiliation, origin or endorsement; or removing rights-management information to facilitate infringement. A clip being available on a social platform does not grant a license to reuse it.

Do not evade account restrictions, provider safety checks or these rules. Do not use the service for spam, scams, illegal activity or the exposure of another person's private information.

Content moderation

During the current preview, selected photos stay in the browser and no user video is generated. Local file validation checks format, size and dimensions; it is not a semantic safety review.

The configured generation pipeline sends portraits to APIMart Private Avatar for asset review and only submits a video request after usable assets are returned. Video requests set nsfw_check: true. Rejected asset tasks or failed provider tasks do not produce a downloadable result, and failed generation charges are handled under the credit-return rules below. Provider review is not a guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected.

The site operator may review relevant account and generation records and material under the service's control as needed to investigate a possible violation. The service does not currently operate a separate automated classifier covering all six categories or a separate pre-delivery review of every generated video. Public generation remains closed while the necessary input and output moderation is prepared; these terms do not claim those additional checks are already running.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, evidence and repeated behavior, we may issue a warning, reject a generation, remove or restrict access to content under our control, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations such as suspected CSAM or credible threats may lead directly to restriction without a warning. We may preserve relevant evidence or cooperate with competent authorities where required by law. We cannot remove copies outside our control.

Suspended accounts cannot use generation or spend credits while access is restricted. Payment refunds, credit adjustments and any other remedy remain subject to the facts and applicable consumer law; this policy does not waive statutory rights.

Accounts

Account features require a configured sign-in method. Keep your credentials secure. Your generation history and downloads are protected by account access controls. We may restrict abusive use or access that threatens the service.

Credits and payments

The pricing page currently shows planned, one-time credit packs. Final generation costs will be displayed before a generation can be submitted. No subscription is required for these packs. Purchases are disabled while generation is unavailable.

Once enabled, a job reserves the stated credits. If generation fails without producing a usable provider video, the reserved credits are returned to your account. If video generation succeeds but audio restoration or storage delivery fails, the existing result is retained for a finishing retry without a second render charge. A credit return is separate from a payment refund. Contact support about purchase errors and any applicable refund rights; consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Availability

The service depends on external AI, storage, authentication, email, and payment providers. Processing times and output quality vary. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result. Features and planned pricing may change before launch.
